Surgical Pathologist
Dr Roshani Gala has been trained as a surgical pathologist at the Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre, New Delhi. She graduated from Government Medical college, Miraj with an overall 2nd rank in the Maharashtra Institute of Health Sciences (MUHS). She has worked at SRL-Diagnostics’ Centre of Excellence, Mumbai and Metropolis Healthcare- Global reference laboratory, Mumbai. She has a cumulative experience of about 7 years in Oncopathology, Histopathology, Immunohistochemistry, Cytopathology, Frozen section and Digital pathology.
President & Head
Dr Jay Mehta, President & Head, Neuberg Oncopath, is a senior surgical pathologist with specialization in Oncopathology. He completed his post-graduation from the renowned Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai and has 20 years of experience in Oncopathology.
Besides Oncopathology in general, he has special interest in Lymphomas, Bone marrow pathology, Gastro-intestinal tumors and Soft tissue sarcomas.
He is one of the few Pathologist’s in India who practices diagnostic molecular pathology and performs a wide array of molecular tests, including next generation sequencing for solid and liquid tumors. He was the first pathologist from India to start PDL1 testing. He has special interest in biomarker testing for solid tumors. He is an active and frequent guest speaker, and is equally adept at talking on solid and liquid tumors to Pathologists & Medical Oncologists alike.

Senior Manager-Laboratory
Kavita More is a Medical Laboratory Technology postgraduate and a senior histotechnologist with 16 years of experience in routine histotechnology, immunohistochemistry (IHC), in situ hybridization (ISH) and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) techniques. She has extensive hands-on experience in routine functioning & troubleshooting of Histopathology laboratory and immunohistochemistry (manual & automation).
She has worked on almost all IHC stainers (Dako, Biocare, Leica, Ventana (Benchmark-XT & ULTRA), PathnSitu) available in the market. She is also conversant with FISH analysis.

Varsha Dalvi is a dedicated, highly organized & result-oriented professional with over 10 years of experience in Team management and Administration with a proven ability to enhance operational efficiency and a commitment to deliver services at their best.
She has completed her graduation (B.Sc.) from Mumbai University, followed by PGDM in Human Resource Management from Welingker’s Institute, Mumbai.
